Explore your creativity and sense of play with this fun and figurative natural watercolor workshop at Cara's Studio. This will be an afternoon of painting with natural dyes and getting your hands dirty!

Come hang out and play with natural color at Cara's studio in East Williamsburg. She will have floral displays & objects to inspire to illustrate. 

Too often we aren't allowed to let loose and make without expectation. This evening is meant for you to let loose and tap into your creativity and wild side through playing with the medium of natural dyes. Finger painting allowed. In moderation...

Cara will provide natural watercolors, tea paints, natural dyes, watercolor paper and a variety of brushes and mark making tools on an immersive tablescape for you to play with.

She will begin with leading a few illustrative exercises for you to get loose and comfortable with exploring the medium for the first portion of the class. The final hours are rest of the session are up to you! Cara is available help with any questions you may have. We will provide natural wine and non - alcoholic beverages. Feel free to bring your own brushes and paper or projects you have been working on. You will receive a bundle of different water color papers to paint on and take with you.
