Elisa will lead a demonstration on how to make herb pressed pasta & rose petal ravioli and ricotta. The ravioli is filled with homemade cardamom ricotta with almonds and roses.
With the off cuts of the herbs and roses, Cara will demonstrate how to create and dye a silk / wool strega scarf along with pomegranate rinds and other kitchen spices, pre-treat your fibers to take the dye and make an extraction bath from your kitchen scraps.
In this fun and informative two hour class, watch them play with a host of color making ingredients.
