Join me for an afternoon of painting with natural dyes created from petals, natural dyes and metals. This is an afternoon of experimenting with tea paints, exploring your creativity and figure drawing on paper. 

Too often we aren't allowed to let loose and make without expectation. This afternoon is meant for you to let loose and tap into your creativity and wild side through playing with the medium of natural dyes. Finger painting allowed. In moderation...

I will provide natural watercolors, natural dyes, watercolor paper and a variety of brushes and mark making tools on an immersive tablescape for you to play with for the first hour of class.  I will have a lot of scrap paper to make mistakes!  will begin with leading a few illustrative exercises for you to get loose and comfortable with exploring the medium for the first 45 minutes of class.

You will receive:

• Three types of water color paper. Three sizes 11 x 17" , Washi paper, a5 samples
• Left over dye flowers to take home
